The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details

►GENERAL POLICY

-Contact us within: 7 days of delivery

-Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

-We DO NOT accept cancellations

- Exchanges and returns ARE NOT accepted if the buyer does not contact us within 7 days of delivery. (If you are buying a Christmas or Valentine's Day present with many days in advance, and you don't know if you might need to return it or exchange it, please, let us know before you place your order and we will give you extra time for the return or exchange, in case that you need it).

► RETURNS

-We accept returns within 14 days of when your package is marked "delivered".

-Items must be in brand new, unworn condition & in their original packaging.

-We do not accept items returned in an envelope. Items must be shipped in a box.

-Definition of unworn (No scratches, no discoloration, pearls and/or stones as shiny as they were when we shipped your package)

-We DO NOT accept items that have been worn or altered. They will be shipped back to the customer's expense.

-Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend that you ship with a tracking number since we won't be responsible for lost packages.

-Returns will be processed within approximately 5 business days. (In most cases 1 business day)

-If you paid for Priority Mail or any other expedited shipping, please notice that the shipping fee will not be refunded.

-We do a lot of testing on our components to make sure they are of good quality and to determine how to best care for them. We do know, that if you follow all the care instructions of our jewelry, there is no reason for the color to come off, and your jewelry will stay beautiful for a long time, therefore, we DO NOT accept returns on discolored jewelry, under any circumstances!!!!!

- Every item we sell comes with a 3-month warranty from the date of your purchase. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only and excludes damage caused by wear and tear, loss or theft, and any modification by a 3rd party jeweler. Final sale items are not covered under warranty.
